About This Product

The 8lb block is for people who use a lot of clay. Sculpey Original White at this scale is typically bought by makers who teach, run workshops, or work on large-scale decorative pieces where going through a pound of clay in a session is normal rather than exceptional.

Same formula as the smaller blocks — soft, smooth, conditions easily, bakes at 130°C / 275°F to a matte white finish. The large block needs to be stored correctly (away from heat sources and direct sunlight) to prevent premature conditioning, but otherwise it's the same clay you'd get in a 1lb block, just considerably more of it.

Economical per-pound cost compared to the smaller sizes. Good for workshops, classrooms, and serious studio use.
