Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. We're based in Belfast, so customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland pay no customs, duties or surprise charges – what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery charges – UK
- Orders over £45: free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery
- Orders under £45: £5.00 flat rate
Delivery charges – Republic of Ireland
- Orders over €75: free tracked delivery
- Orders under €75: €4.99 flat rate
- No customs or duties – we ship from Belfast

Dispatch
Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Larger items such as canvases and easels may ship from our warehouse and can take a little longer – we'll let you know if so. Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and may vary.
Click & collect
In-store collection is available for all items. Some items may need to be brought in from our warehouse; we'll contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Delays
If your delivery is delayed we'll contact you with a revised date. Your statutory rights are not affected. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance.
