Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with bradburyART Limited (“we”, “us”), whether on our website, in store, by telephone or by email, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Orders
Stock levels shown on the website are a guide only. Product colours may differ slightly from those shown on screen, and colour swatches are supplied as a guide only. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion and cannot be held liable for withdrawing any goods or content from the site. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments; we accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. UK delivery is free on orders over £45 and £5.00 on orders under £45. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is free on orders over €75 and €4.99 on orders under €75, with no customs or duties as we ship from Belfast. Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns and refunds
You can return unwanted items within 45 days of receiving them. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Full details, including items we cannot accept back, are on our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may run for limited periods and orders must be placed within the stated dates. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Suitability for use
Every care is taken to maintain the highest standards of quality, but it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that goods purchased are suitable for their particular requirements. We cannot accept claims for the value of work alleged to be spoilt by the use of a product; liability is limited to replacement or refund of any product proved to be defective.
Hazardous materials
Some art materials, such as solvents, aerosols and flammable liquids, carry safety warnings. Please read the product labelling and use these products only as directed, in a well-ventilated space and away from children. We cannot accept responsibility for any mishap arising from misuse.
Privacy
We treat your personal information as confidential and use it only to process your order and, where you have opted in, to send you our newsletter. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of the price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
