Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it to us within 45 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@bradburyart.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and give you everything you need to send it back.

Return postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, and we recommend using a tracked service or obtaining proof of posting. Original delivery charges are not refunded. If an item is faulty, damaged or we've sent the wrong thing, we'll cover the cost of return – just get in touch first.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away at info@bradburyart.co.uk if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We'll put it right quickly with a replacement or refund.
Items we can't accept back
- Custom, personalised or special-order items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, aerosols or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you're unsure whether an item can be returned, just ask.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item as above and place a new order for what you need.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 working days; your bank or card provider may take a few days more to show it. If more than 15 working days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please email us.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
