1. How do I buy online from bradburyART?

Yes — all listed prices include VAT where applicable.
3. My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?
Enter your code at checkout and click apply. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll help.
4. My goods arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us right away. We'll arrange a replacement and sort it quickly.
5. I received faulty goods — how can I return them?
We’ll offer a replacement or refund under our 30-day no-quibble return policy. See our Returns Policy for details.
6. I no longer need my order — how do I return it?
Return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. You're responsible for return shipping, and we recommend Proof of Posting. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt.
7. I can’t find a specific item on your website.

Yes — 10% off in-store with a valid student card (excludes sale items).
10. Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or groups?
Yes — we provide quotes for bulk orders. Email info@bradburyart.co.uk or call 028 9023 3535. Purchase orders accepted from schools and government bodies.
11. Do you offer express delivery for urgent orders?
We dispatch most orders before 12pm the same day. Canvas and easel orders may ship from our warehouse. Contact us for time-sensitive orders.
12. Are there extra costs for shipping to Ireland?
No — there are no additional charges. Based in Northern Ireland, we offer duty-free shipping to both NI and ROI.
