Price Match Promise

We keep our prices sharp — and we check them constantly. But if you do find the same product cheaper elsewhere, tell us and we'll match it. Simple as that.

How it works

Before you order (or within 7 days of ordering), send us a link to the lower price — by email at info@bradburyart.co.uk, by phone on 028 9023 3535, or just show us in-store. If it qualifies, we'll match the price on the spot. If you've already ordered, we'll refund the difference.

The sensible small print

• The product must be identical — same brand, size, colour and condition, brand new.
• It must be in stock and available to buy today from a UK-based retailer, with delivery to Northern Ireland included in the comparison price.
• We can't match marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Etsy), auction sites, clearance or liquidation stock, membership-only prices, or pricing errors.
• Price matches can't be combined with discount codes or other offers.

That's it. No forms, no fuss — we'd rather you bought your materials from a Belfast shop that actually uses them, and we'll make sure price is never the reason you don't.
