Buff Titanium is a warm, gentle chalky buff — PW6 and PY42 combining into a soft, semi-opaque colour of understated warmth. It's the colour of unbleached linen, of warm plaster, of the light that fills a north-facing studio in summer. Use it to soften, to push back, and to create those warm, slightly off-white passages that give a painting its sense of light without resorting to pure white. Excellent lightfastness. A new colour.
