Credit card security is of primary concern to us and we only process online transactions through our payment service called SagePay. Your credit card details are encrypted using a 128bt encryption and these details can not be seen by anyone at Bradbury Art Store or SagePay.
All our prices include VAT where applicable as displayed on the website.
We try to maintain sufficient stocks to meet all orders but from time to time we might be out of stock or have limited availability on certain items. You can still order these items but there is a possibility that there may not be sufficient stock to fulfill your order at that time.
We will advise you of any items out of stock and give you the option to wait for new stock to arrive or receive a full refund.
If you have a special offer code simply place the code in the box at the bottom of the home page and click select. The website will then confirm this has been accepted. Any discount will then be applied when you go to checkout prior to payment. The discount is not shown in the shopping basket before this stage.

We aim to package all goods to a high standard and use reputable carriers but from time to time damages may occur. If this happens we can organise a replacement via the website.

We also have the ability to cater for Schools/Groups who provide a list to students to purchase separately. If you work in the teaching profession and provide lists for art or graphics students we can setup your personalized list online allowing the students to buy from your selected items. You can order as many items as you want on our website. We have added stock levels to help customers who are looking for any urgent deliveries. In 2014 we served over 61,000 customers who purchased over 300,000 items. This means that our stocks are changing all the time and deliveries are being received daily.
