The Kaweco Sport was first designed in 1911 as a pocket fountain pen which could be carried everywhere. It featured an oversized cap which, when posted, turned a small pocket pen into a full-sized pen for writing with, hence the slogan "small in the pocket, large in the hand". Today, the Kaweco Sport range includes fountain pens, rollerball pens, ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils.
Kaweco BRONZE Sport comes as a fountain pen, rollerball, mechanical pencil and ballpoint. Along with Kaweco STEEL Sport and Kaweco BRASS Sport, these pens are the real heavyweights of the Sport series.
Bronze is a perfect material for writing instruments, due to its wear resistance and antibacterial properties. The hairline-finish makes the surface silk-matte, and creates a charismatic factory-look. Over time, the high-quality bronze develops a natural patina and makes every pen unique. Therefore, each writing tool tells its very own story.
Kaweco Sport fountain pens measure only 10.5 cm when closed, but when the cap is mounted on top of the barrel they become a 13 cm-long, standard-sized pen, hence the slogan: "small in the pocket, large in the hand".
This pen is hand assembled in Germany and comes in a Kaweco gift tin. The nib is also made in Germany is Medium
A standard international ink cartridge is included. Accessories are available separately
