Some highlands & islands within the UK and Ireland will be subject to a carrier's surcharge of £15.

If items are out of stock, you will be notified by email and given the option to opt for a full refund. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days and use reputable carriers services that require a signature on delivery. It is therefore important that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for delivery between 8:30 and 17:30 weekdays.

Please note in certain circumstances orders may be dispatched from multiple warehouse units and as such multiple deliveries may be made. Customers will only be charged for Delivery per transaction under our standard delivery terms above.

Returns and Non-Delivery
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or full refund.

 

Returns Procedure:  

1. 1. Login to your account
2. Select Review previous Orders
3. Select the orders in question and Click RMA
4. Simply select how you would like to proceed and click continue
5. An email will then be sent to confirm return details.
